As a salon professional, what do you look for when selecting the
business that you want to be a part of? Lets assume you are an
established Stylist or Nail Tech, etc. Do the people whom you will be
working with mean the most to you? Is it the location of the salon? What
about "Will I be able to grow more in this establishment?"
What about smaller wants, like a color bar for the colorist or a large
selection of retail for your clients to choose from. Mabe it is even a
particular line of retail you desire.
How do you find this business? Do you go on 'word of mouth'? Do you access the want ads? How about the internet?
